Podcast interviews on music performance anxiety

In academia we often get lost in jargon-filled conversations and stats which demand tremendous effort to make sense of. Although this can be exciting, there is the danger of losing touch with the "real world" outside academic circles. As a scientist, I believe it is important to break away from the bubble and present to wider audiences our work. Here I present two podcast interviews where I had the chance to talk about music performance anxiety (MPA) and the science behind it.  I met Hanna-Kaisa Raninen at an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy course in the University of Jyväskylä. Hanna-Kaisa is a performance coach, MBA, entrepreneur and host of Vahvaradio. Being both interested in performance science, we thought an exchange between our musical and sports background would result in an engaging conversation. We were right.
